The tool that I have enjoyed using the most was SketchUp.

I think I enjoyed this tool so much because normally anything involving art turns me off because it is very difficult for me. SketchUp was by no means easy, but it wasn't too difficult that it made me feel like the goal was out of reach.
As a teacher, there are so many ways I could utilize this tool in my classroom. One way I would use SketchUp is in Language Arts. I would have students create their dream home then have them write a story based around that house. Another way I would have them use it is in Math. I would use it while teaching the students how to measure 3D shapes such as cylinders. This would be a great way for them to be able to see and manipulate the sizes of the shapes.
